Tata Cara Sewa

Berikut adalah tatacara sewa kamera di Sewakamera.com

  1. Melakukan booking / pemesanan barang yang diinginkan melalui telepon, BlackBerry Messenger atau  Whatsapp Messenger
  2. Peminjam harus meninggalkan nomor handphone dan nomor telepon TELKOM rumah di daerah JABODETABEK (bukan Flexi, Esia, atau Indihome) yang bisa kami konfirmasi
  3. Mengisi form di privyid (khusus Jakarta)
  4. Apabila lolos verifikasi tahap di atas maka pada saat pengambilan barang, peminjam harus membawa 3 BUAH IDENTITAS DIRI ASLI BUKAN FOTO COPY dengan NAMA DAN ALAMAT YANG SAMA dan masih berlaku (pilih 3 identitas dibawah) :
    • KTP (Wajid Ada)
    • SIM (SIM A dan SIM C kami hitung 1 jenis)
    • STNK
    • NPWP
    • Passport
    • Kartu Keluarga (KK)
  5. Penyewa bersedia untuk difoto
  6. Apabila tidak memiliki identitas diri di Jabodetabek*, maka anda dapat menggunakan identitas diri milik saudara atau teman yang menetap di Jakarta untuk bertanggung jawab jika terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Saudara atau teman tersebut harus memberikan nomor telepon rumah (wajib punya) dan kantor TELKOM. Dan pada saat pengambilan barang, pemilik identitas harus datang ke Sewakamera untuk verifikasi data dan bersedia menandatangani Surat Pernyataan dan Jaminan Sewa Alat, klik disini
  7. KARTU ASURANSI , ID KARYAWAN, KARTU MAHASISWA dan KARTU PELAJAR tidak dapat dijadikan pilihan identitas.
  8. Kami berhak menolak memberikan barang apabila tidak lulus verifikasi data.
  9. Untuk baru pertama kali penyewaan, maksimal barang yang bisa dipinjam adalah 3(tiga) barang.
  10. Penyewaan barang terhitung 1x24 jam pada saat jam pengambilan.
  11. Pengambilan barang sebelum H-1 bisa dilakukan pada jam 17.00 dan dikembalikan hari lusanya sebelum jam 10.00, contohnya peminjaman untuk hari Rabu, pengambilan barang bisa dilakukan pada hari Selasa mulai jam 17.00 dan dikembalikan hari Rabu jam 17.00 atau kami memberikan toleransi sampai hari Kamis sebelum jam 10.00.
  12. Untuk paket weekend bisa diambil mulai dari hari Kamis sore diatas pukul 17.00(tergantung ketersedian barang) dan barang dikembalikan  hari Senin maksimal pukul 13.00 (khusus di Jakarta).
  13. Peminjaman hari Sabtu dan dikembalikan hari Senin terhitung harga sewa 1 hari (khusus di Jakarta)
  14. Peminjaman untuk Hari Senin harus menunggu barang kembali dari Paket Weekend.
  15. Memory kamera adalah fasilitas tambahan yang diberikan Sewakamera.com. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan data digital (memory corrupt) sebelum atau sesudah alat dikembalikan, adalah kewajiban penyewa untuk memeriksa fungsi alat saat pengambilan barang dan mem-backup data sendiri sebelum dikembalikan ke pihak sewakamera.
  16. Penyewa dilarang meminjamkan barang ke teman atau orang lain lagi
  17. Apabila pemilik identitas meminjamkan kepada ke orang lain (pihak ke tiga)  maka pemilik identitas bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas segala kemungkinan yang terjadi.
  18. Penyewa tidak berhak menyewakan barang yang telah disewa kepada pihak ke tiga. Apabila itu terjadi, penyewa bertanggung jawab penuh atas barang yang disewa.

  21. Pembayaran dilakukan pada saat pengambilan barang. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan dengan cara tunai, menggunakan kartu debit BCA, atau kartu kredit**

(*) Apabila tidak memiliki identitas diri di Bali, maka anda dapat menggunakan identitas diri milik saudara atau teman yang menetap di Bali

(**) Khusus di Bali pembayaran hanya dapat dilakukan dengan tunai.

  1. The rental must be going through a booking process to suit the convenience of customer and availability equipment that have to be leased.
  2. The booking process / action could be done either by visiting our store, or by contacting our marketing staff via Telephone, or Yahoo Messenger
  3. You would then be required to:
    • Specify the date and time when you would need the equipment and when the equipment would be returned,
    • Our marketing staff would confirm for the availability of the equipment to you.
  4. Our staff will be doing verification for mobile phone number and phone number where is the customer living on. (If it’s not verified then the booking will be canceled)
  5. n the data that has been approved for rental pick-up, customers are expected to bring 2 pieces of original ID with the same name and address (for scanning process), which is: license and passport.
  6. And after all the mentioned process about is completed, customer obliged to leave the original passport and it will be retained by our side, until the equipment has returned.

Standard Payment Procedure

  1. Do for payments at beginning of the transaction. We only accept payment in cash.
  2. Delayed in return of equipment will be charged according to prevailing rates prices.

Taking Procedure

  1. Verification for valid original ID
  2. Jointly doing for equipment test by both (Customers and IT Support)
  3. Full payment in advance and sign invoice

Return Procedure

  1. Equipment test doing by both to check about conditions and equipment function.
  2. The equipment must be returned as the previous condition.
  3. The return of the unit equipments shall be accordance with the serial number and completeness of the items on invoice.
  4. Make sure that the operating system of equipment is properly.
  5. We are not taking a responsibility if any damage occurred after equipment test was completed. It’s fully the responsibility and customer risk.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer must be following the standard and procedures booking in the booking equipment at sewakamera.com.
  2. Customer is expected to check the condition, physical function and leased equipment at the condition.
  3. If there are questions about the condition, function and physical equipment can consult with our IT.
  4. Used of equipment on the lease term, customers are not allowed:
    • Using equipment from a vendor outside the standard usage.
    • Dismantle equipment
    • Modifying equipment such as additional equipment without permission sewakamera.com.
    • Remove the seal, sticker, or license certificate.
    • bring products out of town or abroad without the agreement sewakamera.com
    • Rent / advance to other parties without the approval sewakamera.com.
  5. Sewakamera.com not responsible for lost the data / files on rental equipment, as well as confidential, is expected for customer to erase the data before returning.
  6. When returns are expected to tenants to wait until our technical check back functions and the condition of the leased goods.
  7. Damage to equipment caused by negligence of the user will be the responsibility of the customer, for example;
    • Violates the provisions of point. 4
    • Fell to damaged / cracked / broken.
    • Exposed to water
    • Exposed to fire / overheating
    • Sensor / camera lens scratched etc.
  8. If there is a shortage of items during return, customers are required to guarantee a deposit based on the price of goods that have not been returned. And the deposit will be refunded if goods are left behind have been returned back.
  9. If the equipment leased is lost, will be the responsibility of the customer to change the form of the same equipment with equivalent conditions.
  10. Delays expected returns confirmation to our party, and will be charged on late appropriate rate prevailing prices.

Sewakamera.com is entitled to refuse to give loans without having to give reasons
